Under the sole inspiration of Sh Balraj Kumar Bhasin, President, SDP Sabha and College Managing Committee, World Anti Tobacco Day based on the theme “Protect the environment” was celebrated by the department of NSS. A Rally was organized which aimed at creating awareness towards Tobacco cessation among masses. Students carried banners showing ill- effects of Tobacco and raised slogans. They participated enthusiastically in various events like Chart making and Quiz Competition. The college Principal, Dr. Ravi Kant appreciated the efforts done by the department of NSS.
