SDP College for Women organises Three-Day Workshop on ‘Skill Enhancement cum Employability’.
Under the sole inspiration and able guidance of Sh. Balraj Kumar Bhasin, esteemed President, S.D.P. Sabha and College Managing Committee, Three-day workshop on 'Skill Enhancement cum Employability ' was organized for the final year students of all the streams by Career Guidance and Counseling Cell, SDP College for Women, Ludhiana in collaboration with reputed Mahindra Pride Classroom under Naandi Foundation. The proceedings of this workshop were commenced on March 04, 2024 and concluded on March 06, 2024. During the inaugural session, Ms. Shveta Arora, MPC Trainer, Naandi Foundation, resource person, was accorded a very warm welcome by Dr. Neetu Handa, Principal and members of Career Guidance and Counseling Cell. Students ardently attended and benefited from this training session on soft skills, interview preparation, resume writing, group discussion and communication skills and so on. The resource person also conducted pre-test and post-test for the assessment of personality traits inculcated during the workshop. Students were also felicitated with certificates and trophies for their excellent performance. Sh. Balraj Kumar Bhasin, President, SDP Sabha and Dr. Neetu Handa, Principal applauded the efforts put in by the Career Guidance and Counseling Cell for successfully organizing the workshop and also encouraged them to organise more such workshops for the enhancement of employability skills among students.
एस.डी.पी कॉलेज फॉर विमैन ने 'कौशल संवर्धन सह रोजगार' पर तीन दिवसीय कार्यशाला का किया आयोजन
दिनांक 06 मार्च, 2024 स्थानीय एस.डी.पी कॉलेज फॉर विमैन में सभाध्यक्ष श्री बलराज कुमार भसीन जी की प्रेरणा से नांदी फ़ाउंडेशन के तहत प्रतिष्ठित महिंद्रा प्राइड क्लासरूम के सहयोग से कैरियर मार्गदर्शन और परामर्श सेल द्वारा सभी स्ट्रीम के अंतिम वर्ष की छात्राओं के लिए 'कौशल संवर्धन सह रोजगार' पर तीन दिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया।
इस कार्यशाला की कार्यवाही 04 मार्च, 2024 को शुरू हुई और 06 मार्च, 2024 को समाप्त हुई।
उद्घाटन सत्र के दौरान श्रीमती श्वेता अरोड़ा, एम.पी.सी ट्रेनर, नांदी फाउंडेशन, प्रमुख वक्ता, का प्रिंसिपल डॉ. नीतू हांडा, कैरियर मार्गदर्शन और परामर्श सेल के सदस्यों द्वारा बहुत गर्मजोशी से स्वागत किया गया। इस प्रशिक्षण सत्र में छात्राओं ने सॉफ्ट स्किल्स, साक्षात्कार की तैयारी, बायोडाटा लेखन, समूह चर्चा और संचार कौशल आदि विषयों पर उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया और लाभ उठाया। कार्यशाला के दौरान विकसित व्यक्तित्व गुणों के मूल्यांकन के लिए प्रमुख वक्ता ने प्री-टेस्ट और पोस्ट-टेस्ट भी आयोजित किया। छात्राओं को उनके उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन के लिए प्रमाण पत्र और ट्रॉफी देकर सम्मानित भी किया गया।
सभाध्यक्ष श्री बलराज कुमार भसीन जी और प्रिंसिपल डॉ. नीतू हांडा ने कार्यशाला के सफल आयोजन के लिए कैरियर मार्गदर्शन और परामर्श सेल द्वारा किए गए प्रयासों की सराहना की और उन्हें छात्राओं के बीच रोजगार कौशल को बढ़ाने के लिए ऐसी और कार्यशालाएं आयोजित करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया।
